- Providing professional athletic training to prepare for the NBA draft combine and individual team workouts.
Post Career Planning:
In the profession of sports, anyone’s career can be a short coming. With the average career ranging between three (3) to six (6) years, UMG values this service as much as any service we provide. It is our mission to assist our clients in recognizing their unique skill sets that they possess other than their respective sports. We are here to offer guidance to our clients to assure we reach our goals of making their goals a success. Before any player joins the UMG family we provide a documented questionnaire to identify their personal goals and the objections of those goals. Once this document is completed, we will create a formal business plan to structure a guideline of how we as a team will accomplish these goals for our clients. Our next step in the process is to execute these goals in a timely format and create a smooth transition for our clients into their next ambitions in life. There are times that our clients will require assistance with obtaining information on what kind of options are available. Insight provides a life-coach to all of our clients throughout the completion of the survey.
